With the help of big brother Rick blessed to escape South Chicago and catch my 1st wave in Hunington Beach in the summer of '69. From that moment on its been about going fast and carving turns.
Blessed to experience the 2nd reincarnation of surfing hydrofoil with the help of Alex Aguera of Go Foil and Dave Kalama of Kalama Performance. Such mind bending speed, g-force and truly scary crashes that after a lifetime surfing was no longer "Fun" for me.
The danger and consequence was real so we started shooting training clips to help stay out of the ER. Then we started helping riders with breaking down and improving style and giving sponsor exposure. I felt we needed a Hydrofoil Cartoon because once you ride one something captures you.
